By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participating in the Cereal Bowl Eating Challenge. I understand that participation in this event may involve risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, allergic reactions, choking, or other health-related issues.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

   - I am aware that participating in the Cereal Bowl Eating Challenge involves consuming large quantities of food in a short period of time, which may pose risks to my health.

   - I am participating voluntarily and assume all risks associated with this event, including any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness of others.

2. Health Condition

   - I confirm that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in this event.

   - I understand that if I have food allergies, I am responsible for inquiring about the ingredients used and assessing whether it is safe for me to participate.

3. Release of Liability

   - I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and discharge The Spelled Milk, its affiliates, sponsors, employees, and any other party involved in organizing this event from any claims, liabilities, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in the Cereal Bowl Eating Challenge, including but not limited to any injury, illness, or loss.

4. Assumption of Responsibility

   - I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own actions and conduct during the event. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the event organizers and staff.

   - I understand that I may withdraw from participation at any time if I feel unable to continue safely.

5. Media Release

   - I grant permission to The Spelled Milk to use any photographs, video recordings, or media captured during the event for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.

6. Agreement and Acknowledgment

   - I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and release. I am signing it freely and voluntarily.
